New Delhi: The National Green Tribunal on Friday lifted the ban on construction in the National Capital Region (NCR) and permitted trucks to enter Delhi while directing the neighbouring states to submit an action plan on steps to curb pollution within two weeks.  Only god can save us,' say officials as Delhi air quality remains far from idealThe NGT, however, refused to lift a ban on the industrial activities causing pollution in Delhi-NCR. On Thursday, the NGT had directed the Delhi government to submit data of ambient air quality in the national capital.
