AITWA Team had a fruitful meeting with Shri Nitin Gadkari Ji at his residence in Nagpur dated 11th September 2021.

Various burning issues of the transport trade were shared as part of the agenda meeting, which was long due with the Hon'ble Transport Minister

Based on our communication, they informed us that they have already initiated certain actions to ensure the removal of check posts en-route which is a hurdle to trucks to cover 500-600 km a day

Other issues taken up were Eway Bill, 100% cashless payment for taxes/penalties/etc, access to digitized information, IT Section 44AE amongst others.
