GST Convention by AITWA

It is our pleasure to inform you that we are organizing “GST Convention by AITWA” on 29 th July, 2017 at NDMC Convention Centre, Parliament Street, New Delhi-110001.

You are cordially invited to kindly grace the occasion and be part of this mega event, to motivate and inspire the Road Transport industry. We shall be grateful to you for sparing your most valuable time to attend the event.

The Convention shall be inaugurated by a Senior Govt. Official. He shall also preside as Chief Guest of the inaugural function. Eminent speakers and experts representing various organizations from across the country will be addressing the august gathering. Official delegates from Union Ministry of Road Transport and Highways, Finance Ministry, Government officials, etc, will participate in the Convention.
 
We are shortly forwarding to you the details of the convention schedule. On behalf of the association and also on my personal behalf, we seek your generous support for this prestigious event. We look forward to your confirmation regarding participation, at the earliest.
 
The convention will be held at NDMC Convention Centre, Parliament Street, New Delhi.  ALL MEMBERS ARE REQUESTED TO REACH ON 29th July 2017 morning. TEA WILL BE SERVED FROM 10.00 AM ONWARDS,AT REGISTRAION FOLLOWED BY THE SCHEDULED PROGRAM, LUNCH and HI-Tea.

You are requested to confirm your participation to enable us to formalize all the necessary arrangements, on time. We have made special price arrangement with Hotel The Park, Connaught Place, New Delhi, @6000/-. (Single occupancy) and @6500/-. (Double occupancy). The rates are NETT and inclusive of all Taxes. For those who are coming alone, but are open to sharing a room with another member may be offered sharing facility @double occupancy rates total. However the member must make a request to us this effect, immediately.
 
Complimentary breakfast wi-fi, fruit basket, 2 bottles mineral water per day, Tea /Coffee maker in the Room, free use of other services like Gym, Swimming pool, etc.
